Cielo A. Frascatore is the founder and president of CAFCO Group, a certified M/WBE construction management firm providing services in the New York Metro Area. Ms. Frascatore has over 19 years of experience providing construction management services for agencies such as the Metropolitan Transit Authority, NYC Department of Design and Construction, NYC Administration for Children Services and the NYC School Construction Authority, as well as clients in the private sector. In her role as the President of CAFCO, Ms. Frascatore is dedicated to providing project management services to small contractors to assist them in successfully navigating government agency processes and procedures. CAFCO also provides highly skilled construction field and office personnel as a subconsultant to larger construction management companies.
